Website maintenance may be purchased by the hour or on one of the plans listed below.
Periodic maintenance without a plan may be purchased at the rate of $90/hr. (prepaid) and is billed in 5 minute increments. Unused time rolls over from month-to-month until the prepaid amount is completely used.
Under the plans below, the rate drops to anywhere from $80 to $22.50 per hour. However, unused hours on a monthly plan rate do not roll over to the next month.

All maintenance packages include the following work activities:
- Text additions
- Content updates
- Creation of forms
- Creation of new pages (when layout remains the same)
- Adding, deleting, changing links
- Adding, deleting, changing meta tags as needed
- Recommendations for higher search engine rankings
- Email, fax, and phone tech-support during business hours
- Extra maintenance time billed at $60/hour when you are on a plan
Web design activities are not covered under maintenance, and include:
- Graphic editing/creation
- Creation of new pages (when look feel is different from main design)
- Site makeover/redesign
- Flash design/redesign
- Database creation/implementation
- Adding ecommerce
- Web design activities are available at the rate of $90/hr.
The time it takes to complete design activities are completed on a case-by-case basis, and we will provide you with an estimated turn-around time.
Multiple Domains Save on Maintenance!
If you have several domains that are on separate maintenance programs, you can now share the maintenance hours on one plan between multiple domains. Simply choose the plan that will work best for your sites, and add $10 for each additional domain added to the package.
Example: You currently have 2 domains, and you anticipate needing about 1 hour of maintenance for each site. The Advanced Plan, with 2 hours of total maintenance, would work for your sites. The total monthly fee would be $70 -- $60/month for the Advanced Plan, plus $10 for the additional domain.
